MERRIMACK PHARMACEUTICALS 

Using a co-located approach, the Life Sciences Design Team developed a strategic master plan for the reorganization of Merrimack’s headquarters in Cambridge, MA.  The multi-phased plan enhances operational efficiency and employee safety while creating a vision and new corporate standards that embraces Merrimack’s culture and brand.  The master plan includes the expansion of their discovery, QA/QC and process development laboratories, vivarium, GMP manufacturing, warehouse, regulatory and administrative office spaces.  The first projects completed include an employee lounge that enhances inter-company communication, expansion of their GMP warehousing, and corporate office renovations to support their growing workforce.
