E4H developed new paint palettes by studying accent paint strategies and opportunities, creating a new color concept throughout the existing facility. This included visual inspiration at entry points, work areas, common, and amenity areas. E4H also performed a campus-wide analysis and planning effort that allowed Bristol Myers Squibb to maximize their real estate to accommodate their growing regional workforce demands.
