GENOSCO LABORATORY & OFFICE RENOVATION

Genosco, a clinical-stage biotechnology company, teamed with E4H to renovate 13,500SF of existing office and lab space within their new location in Billerica, MA. E4H assisted Genosco with the assessment, repositioning, and purchase of an existing property in Billerica to support their growing research operations, allowing Genosco to continue to pursue the discovery and development of novel small-molecule drugs to treat patients with unmet medical needs.

The renovation allowed for the construction of two chemistry labs, a biology lab, a tissue culture room, and chemical storage space. Office improvements were made, including new interior finishes, audio-visual support, cafeteria, and conference rooms. Infrastructure improvements included the addition of two rooftop air handling units to support their expanded chemistry needs.
