We are thrilled to announce that our project, The Residences at Benning Road, will be one of the recipients of Amazon’s $147M in funding for affordable housing. E4H-DC, in collaboration with developers Gragg Cardona Partners, have designed 156 units of affordable assisted living which will address a critical need in the DC Area.
