ACE Mentor Program has concluded another successful session with mentors from the New York team of Benjamin Lindner, Chris Bradshaw, I-hsin Chiang, and Anne-Laure Cleeremans. The high school students presented this year’s project with the challenge to imagine innovative solutions for the first ever self-sufficient Martian colony designed for living, working, and researching. ACE Mentor Program is city wide receiving students from all 5 boroughs. The program runs from November through May, with the goal of introducing students to Architecture, Construction, and Engineering. Mentors teach students what the professions entail, then work with students to design a building incorporating the different trades. Thanks for your time and dedication Team NY!
