Growing up on tropical islands, she is passionate about sustainability, wellness, humanity, and the Aloha spirit. She has worked on complex healthcare projects for major institutions in the Northeast region as well as master planning on mixed-use developments in New York, Hawaii, and Asia. I-Hsin is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. She enjoys basketball, Chinese literature, music-art, and nature.
