MAINE BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE SPRING HARBOR HOSPITAL

Working with the Maine mental healthcare community and Spring Harbor staff, E4H designed a 100-bed replacement facility to address the existing, current, and future needs of Spring Harbor Hospital. The new hospital is a patient-centered mental health facility with separate wings for pediatric patients, adults, and adolescents. Low stimuli and seclusion spaces are contrasted with sun-filled recreation areas and an open, airy dining room for patients and visitors.
