The Park Hill Medical Pavilion is a three story, 51,501SF, Medical Office Building & Ambulatory Surgery Center in Fort Worth, Texas. On the first floor of the Center is a 14,700SF ambulatory surgery center which provides outpatient surgery services. The surgery center includes five operating rooms and a procedure room, a waiting and reception area, patient consultation rooms, business office services space, a pharmacy, pre-operative and post-operative recovery services spaces, in-house decontamination and sterilization spaces for processing surgical equipment and supplies as well as various support spaces. The operating rooms were specifically designed around ophthalmology & orthopedic specialties; however non-specialized procedures will also be conducted. The first floor entry has a concierge area located within a two-story rotunda. The second and third floors contain shell spaces for medical offices for an Ear, Nose & Throat practice, cornea specialist & retina specialists’ offices and a Lasik surgery suite.
