NORTHWELL PEDIATRIC CARDIOLOGY & SURGICAL OUTPATIENT CLINIC

The Cohen Children’s Northwell Health Pediatric Cardiology Clinic is an adaptive re-use warehouse renovation which features 34 exam and consultation rooms, administrative offices, and support space.

The interior boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, high-end fixtures, and a playful color scheme. Each of the corridors have either a yellow, green, or blue theme, and kid-friendly murals. A window at the end of each corridor allows natural light into the space, and overhead lighting is framed by natural wood ceiling treatments. The lobby features the convergence of the three colors with a curved soffit light tucked into natural wood ceiling treatment, playful circular light and ceiling fixtures, and a variety of seating for both children and adults. Administrative offices are situated at the rear of the clinic, with exposed structure and original clerestory.
