The flexible design of this six-story free-standing structure on Manhattan’s Upper East Side organized chemotherapy, check-in, and business functions on the ground floor; surgical practice below on the concourse level; two urological oncology practices on the second and third floors, and faculty offices and conference areas on the upper three floors.

Situated in a residential neighborhood adjacent to the main campus, the building’s scale and material selections purposefully blend into the existing environment while the dynamic façade projects a forward-facing image for the medical center.
