MAGNA MEDICAL CENTER

This project evolved out of a long-standing relationship with Dr. Brian Zehnder, whose previous practice operated out of an inline leased space. He envisioned a new freestanding facility for his practice combined with other specialties including, cardiology, imaging, optometry, physical therapy, pharmacy, administration, pediatrics, urgent care, and other rotating specialties. This will be the new hub for outpatient care for the community of Magna. The 39,000SF Class A building was completed on time, so lease extensions were not required, and on budget.
