LAKE GRANBY MEDICAL CENTER MOB

E4H and Skiles Group completed a new multi-phased Medical Office Building in Granbury, TX, approximately 40 miles southwest of Fort Worth. The MOB was designed and constructed to connect directly to each of the existing hospitals three levels for easy and efficient access between outpatient and inpatient services, including orthopedics, outpatient radiology, sports medicine, and administrative offices.

In 2016, E4H was commissioned to renovate 22,000SF of the existing medical office building which features a new cancer center, conference/training center, administration, pharmacy, primary care clinic and multiple specialty clinic. The facility was also planned to accommodate for a future linear accelerator vault addition on the ground floor.
