E4H Announces Recent Promotions

E4H is pleased to announce the recent promotions of Brian Coltrane and Allison Dar to Principal, and Joy Bartolotta and Jon Boyd to Associate Principal. The announcement has been featured in Medical Construction & Design (MCD) Magazine, Boston Real Estate Times, and Healthcare Real Estate Insights.

Brian Coltrane has been promoted to Principal in Washington, DC. He has over 30 years of healthcare design experience, managing a variety of healthcare projects from initial programming to conceptual design, feasibility studies, budget development and analysis, new construction, and renovation projects. Brian specializes in the design of thoughtful environments for Behavioral Health and Senior Care.

Allison Dar, AIA, LEED AP, EDAC, has been promoted to Principal and Office Director of Washington, DC. Allison has over 20 years of experience in healthcare design, serving regional and national healthcare clients. She has contributed to the design of greenfield and replacement hospitals ranging from 100,000SF to over 1MSF for local community healthcare providers, as well as the Army Corps of Engineers and Veterans Administration. She also specializes in the design of projects for Women’s Health, working with clients across the country.

Joy Bartolotta, NCIDQ, IIDA, EDAC, has been promoted to Associate Principal and Office Director of Fort Worth, TX.  As a registered interior designer with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare design, Joy has a passion for creating healing spaces for patients and caregivers alike. She implements evidence-based design and biophilic elements in specialized healthcare environments.

Jon Boyd, AIA, LEED AP, has been promoted to Associate Principal and Office Director of Portland, ME. Jon is a talented project manager, working on healthcare projects throughout New England. He has over 20 years of experience in planning and design, leading the delivery of unique spaces for outpatient care, behavioral health, as well as technically complex health science environments. Jon is passionate about Lean practices, sustainability, and energy efficient design.
