FOREST MEDICAL CENTER DALLAS

The Forest Park Medical Center Medical Office Building (MOB) is part of the second phase of the Center’s eighteen-acre medical campus master plan. The MOB is an $11.1M freestanding facility, not including tenant finish outs.  The building was constructed with a tilt-wall system for ease of assembly and overall constructability. This 72,000SF stand alone building complements the adjacent Forest Park Medical Center with corresponding exterior finishes and landscape, thus giving the complex a “campus” like feel. The finished tenant spaces will contain multi-physician practices including orthopedics, anesthesiologist, bariatric suite, sleep center, business and accounting offices, and conference facilities.
