UNIVERSITY OF UTAH HEALTH FARMINGTON HEALTH CENTER

This University of Utah Health 130,000SF medical facility has an ambulatory surgical center, endoscopy center, Huntsman Cancer Institute, Moran Eye Center, Orthopedic Specialty Center, primary care, OB/GYN, and other specialists including dermatology, cardiology, ENT, and internal medicine. A full-service pharmacy, lab, café, and call center were also included. This project introduced the concept of a provider workspace directly outside of the patient examination rooms with separation of patient and provider circulation. The Farmington Health Center was completed in September 2016. The project was completed on-time and on budget.
