The Cardiac Cath Lab at Mary Washington Healthcare Stafford Hospital involved renovation and new construction of 15,000SF. The $2.5M project included the expansion into new shell space over a recently completed observation unit, to construct 2 new EP rooms, and to renovate the existing department to accommodate 2 new enlarged Cath Labs. Cardiac Cath Recovery Spaces, Staff Support, and Storage Spaces were enlarged and relocated. The scope expanded to include 1,000SF fit out of Surgical Equipment Storage.
