E4H Principal Jennifer Arbuckle, AIA has been named winner of AIA Vermont‘s 2024 John Dale Award! The prestigious award honors architects who lead with integrity, champion community, and advocate for equity.
The prestigious award honors architects who lead with integrity, champion community, and advocate for equity. Jennifer’s contributions to healthcare design, her leadership in supporting diversity at E4H, and her role in advancing diversity in architecture have left an incredible mark on all of us and the communities we serve.
Jennifer has directed the award’s $1,500 donation to the UVMMC McClure Miller Respite House in honor of her mother, Jacquelyn Arbuckle, founder of the original VT Respite House.
We continue to be inspired by Jennifer’s vision, dedication, and heart, and are proud to celebrate this achievement with her!
