Brian Coltrane has over 30 years of healthcare design experience, developing and managing a variety of healthcare projects from systemwide master planning, initial project programming and conceptual design, feasibility studies, budget development and analysis, greenfield projects, new additions, and renovation projects in multiple sectors of healthcare including acute care hospitals, sub-acute care, behavioral health, and senior living.
