A compassionate and dedicated healthcare designer with 30 years of experience, Su leads the vision, strategy, and growth of the Interior Design team as the firmwide Healthcare Director of Interior Design. Her commitment to excellence ensures the consistent delivery of quality design, innovative solutions, and unparalleled client service.
Managing multiple healthcare regions, Su fosters a collaborative culture that promotes design excellence, creativity, and innovation. Her team works closely with project architects and the Planning team to ensure that interior solutions promote well-being and are fully integrated with project and client goals. Her knowledge of project types—including varying scales of new construction, renovations, interior master planning, and furniture planning—has helped her build strong and lasting relationships with key clients from major healthcare systems.
Su is a member of American Academy of Healthcare Interior Designers, advocating for the advancement of designers to enhance the health, quality, and safety of healthcare interior environments through an understanding of the issues that impact patients, residents, family members, and healthcare providers. She loves spending her free time with her family and is regularly involved with local church volunteering for community outreach on weekends. As in her work, Su is creative in her personal life, playing the piano, singing, and cooking.
