Joy is a registered interior designer with more than 20 years of experience in healthcare design. Her passion for creating truly healing spaces for patients and caregivers alike is notable in the implementation of evidence-based design, biophilic design, and creating healthy environments. Joy’s healthcare projects range from behavioral health, pediatrics, ambulatory surgery centers, community hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician's office buildings, and micro-hospitals. Joy’s experience includes programming, space planning, development of facility standards, interior design, and construction documentation, furniture and artwork selection and specification. Joy loves spending time with her kids and being outdoors.
