He is an expert in planning and programming complex projects, working with stakeholders to develop and implement innovative and impactful design solutions. Harold approaches each project with a unique, creative vision and is skilled at transforming bold ideas into reality. Harold has also translated his passion into the design of an award winning Holocaust and Human Rights Education Center.
