Brian Coltrane

Brian Coltrane has over 30 years of healthcare design experience, developing and managing a variety of healthcare projects from systemwide master planning, initial project programming and conceptual design, feasibility studies, budget development and analysis, greenfield projects, new additions, and renovation projects in multiple sectors of healthcare including acute care hospitals, sub-acute care, behavioral health, and senior living. Brian excels at complex, multi-phase projects that require meticulous collaboration with all stakeholders. He works closely with clients as an advocate for their best interests, and has developed trust and long-standing relationships with several leading healthcare systems. incorporating best practices for affordable assisted living in every stage of the process. Brian enjoys motorsports, astronomy, and spending time with his family.
