E4H is pleased to announce the addition of Senior Associate Richard Carroll, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, to support current and future clients in Philadelphia and the surrounding region. Rich Carroll will enhance E4H’s presence in the Delaware Valley, supporting clients by providing evidence-based, value-focused, and purpose-driven design.

Over the course of his 30+ years as an architect and planner, Rich has focused on promoting healthy and vibrant communities by designing a broad range of healthcare environments. His experience includes planning and feasibility studies, mixed-use, adaptive reuse, renovations, and new construction services. Rich has worked on projects from coast to coast, and he has garnered national recognition for his design of environments for seniors.
