Philadelphia is a thriving hub of medical and education excellence; a home to cutting edge academic medical centers and health & wellness providers. Rich Carroll will enhance E4H’s presence in the Delaware Valley, supporting clients by providing evidence-based, value-focused, and purpose-driven design.
Over the course of his 30+ years as an architect and planner, Rich has focused on promoting healthy and vibrant communities by designing a broad range of healthcare environments. His experience includes planning and feasibility studies, mixed-use, adaptive reuse, renovations, and new construction services. Rich has worked on projects from coast to coast, and he has garnered national recognition for his design of environments for seniors.
