Construction Progress on Jacksonville Freestanding ED’s

Outstanding progress on our three Freestanding Emergency Departments in Jacksonville, FL. The projects are a partnership between Intuitive Health and University of Florida Health (UFH) with Rendina Healthcare Real Estate as the developer. They contain 9 emergency treatment rooms, and 5 fast-track rooms that act as an urgent care to be used as overflow for the FSED as needed. The exterior material and color selections reflect UFH’s existing campus and the interior is a hybrid of Intuitive and UFH standards. New Kings is slated to open November 2022, Lane Ave is December 2022, and Bay Meadows is January 2023.
