Allison Dar Wins Outstanding Leader Award at 2024 LeadHERship Summit

Washington D.C. Principal and Office Director Allison Dar was named winner of Women in Healthcare’s Outstanding Leader Award at the 2024 LeadHERship Summit!

This significant recognition honors women in the healthcare industry for embodying WIH’s values of mentorship, education, and community, as well as seeing professional success, and paving the way for the ones behind her.

Allison has over 20 years of expertise in healthcare design, working on a diverse range of projects including large hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, oncology facilities, and women’s health centers. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Ohio State University and a Master of Architecture from Catholic University, and serves on the board for the DC chapter of Women in Healthcare.
