Promise Hospital of Fort Myers is a $20M, 56,000SF hospital in Fort Myers, Florida. The one-story hospital is a long-term care center, or a freestanding intensive care unit. The facility serves patients who have been discharged from a traditional hospital, but still need more medical care than a nursing home or that an at-home nurse can provide.

The new freestanding hospital will treat critically ill patients with multi-organ conditions requiring a longer hospital recovery period, aggressive therapy services, and/or complex wound care supported by the latest technologies in safety and medical equipment. The facility includes 60 private patient rooms, an exam treatment room, and advanced wound care. In addition, it hosts both cardiopulmonary and general physical rehabilitation programs.
