CENTRAL TEXAS REHABILITATION HOSPITAL
The Central Rehabilitation Hospital is a freestanding, 50-bed hospital located in the Austin Triangle. The 3-story facility provides inpatient and outpatient therapy services, an indoor therapy pool, dietary services, nursing unit patient care including traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury units, inpatient gyms on each patient floor, ADL kitchen/living, and associated support spaces. Dining, activity spaces, and staff break and conference rooms are provided on each patient floor. The hospital also provides a landscaped mobility garden plaza, which lines the south and west sides of the hospital. The site was master planned for a future 73-bed LTACH with a skilled nursing unit, which will connect to the Phase I Rehabilitation Hospital.
