RANDOL MILL MEDICAL TOWER

The Randol Mill Medical Tower project is a core and shell of a medical office building, not including tenant finish outs. This stand-alone building complements the adjacent Arlington Memorial Hospital, creating a campus feel by tying in the external finishes of the hospital. The tenant finish out spaces will contain multi-physician ophthalmologist practices with a second floor optical retail.
