Northwell Health sought a design partner to shape its workspace experience and create an environment that supports a mix of collaboration and focused work. Open and collaborative, yet private and flexible, the design maximized the square footage available and provided an engaging design solution that incorporates spaces appealing to a very diverse staff demographic.
A creative planning and design approach allowed the manipulation of the football field floorplate to find intimate settings and achieve an energetic, yet quiet, stimulating, yet soothing work place. The executive offices, meeting rooms, lounges, and support spaces reflect a sense of wellness, and sustainability while providing daylight access for all.
