IVC INTERVENTIONAL VASCULAR & VEIN CENTER

The IVC Interventional Vascular & Vein Center entailed a full tenant improvement re-design of the IVC clinic in the Physician’s Plaza MOB adjacent to Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, UT. The project scope included the relocation of an existing vein clinic into newly shelled space. The administrative office component serving Utah Radiology Associates was also relocated to the suite directly adjacent to the medical clinic. The key project components included clinical office space, ultrasound and diagnostic rooms as well as a surgical suite including 2 procedure rooms with supporting functions, pre-op and post-op recovery bays. While the project did not require state health department review, diligent work in design to meet the healthcare design guidelines and ensure criteria was met, should the space one day be licensed by a hospital entity. The physician group desired an updated interior with contemporary elements that offered a clean aesthetic to soothe both their staff and patients.
