GOUR SHASHA INPATIENT TOWER

Gour Shasha Inpatient Tower is one of several building projects which comprise the multi-phase, 20-year master plan for the 1,300-bed Rabin Medical Center Campus based on the “Center of Excellence” concept.

A planning and design effort led to the complete renovation of the 800-Bed Gour Shasha Inpatient Tower.

Two new bed wings and a central elevator tower were added to each floor to enable a transformation from four to six bed wards to single and double rooms. The interiors were transformed to a patient and family-friendly environment.  The entire hospital was re-clad in Jerusalem Stone which became the signature look for all buildings on the 1,200-bed campus.
