CHILDREN’S HEALTH MYPEDIATRIC CLINICS – DALLAS/FORT WORTH, TX

The MyChildren’s Pediatric Clinics are tenant in-fill projects at various loca­tions throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. The clinics range in size from 4,800SF to 6,300SF depending on the available space.

The Cedar Hill clinic became the prototype from which the design of the Grapevine and Bachman Lake clinics was based. The design team worked with the staff and clinicians to develop the highly adaptable floor plan. All of the clinics incorporate a racetrack floor plan concept with the patient areas at the outside of the space and the support functions in the core. Each of the clinics has 12 exam rooms, lab, business office, and doctors’ offices. A signature feature of the clinics is the main waiting room; vibrant colors and bold architectural gestures create a visually stimulating space for both patients and staff.
