IT Manager >

The IT Manager will work closely with the IT Director in helping to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for E4H. The IT Manager will assist the IT Director with leading day-to-day IT operations of in-house data centers, cybersecurity, and HelpDesk activities across multiple geographical offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Provide support to the sites regionals sites
•  Install and configure computer hardware, software, workstations, networks, printers, and scanners
•  Assist with managing the sites internal network, network security, data storage and backups, disaster
recovery, telephony system, productivity tools, and technology service vendors
•  Respond in a timely manner to network issues and service requests
•  Provide technical support within sites and occasionally company-wide in person, by telephone, via
email and remote support
•  Setup network accounts for new users
•  Repair and replace computers or network equipment as necessary
•  Assess and evaluate new technologies
•  Ensure that overall production and computing needs are met and maintained
•  Assist in managing vendors to support higher level systems and protection (i.e. disaster recovery,
server health, network connectivity and maintenance)
•  Coordinate and enforce systems and network policies, standards and procedures
•  Setup and configure new hire computer equipment, computer peripherals, and software packages
•  Maintain the sites internal infrastructure including telephony system, productivity tools, and vendor
management
•  Research and recommend new hardware and software to support organizational interests
•  Recommend technological strategies, policies and procedures based on identified problems and
anticipated organizational requirements

REQUIREMENTS

•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent years of experience
•  6 – 10 years of work experience within a leadership role in a similar field IT environment
•  Knowledge of current technology trends
•  Proficient in managing Windows 2008/2012/2016 servers, Windows 7/10 operating systems, Netgear routers
and switches, and various types of firewalls
•  Knowledge of productivity tools such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Office 365, Adobe
Creative Suite, Enscape, Lumion, and other software tools
•  Current knowledge of security protocols and known threats
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Strong problem-solving skills
•  Highly detailed-oriented, accurate, and organized
•  Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
•  Ability to work effectively in a diverse, dynamic, team-oriented environment
•  Willingness to travel
•  Industry certifications are a plus
