Jeffrey Schantz joins E4H as Director of Health Sciences + Technology

E4H welcomes Jeffrey Schantz, AIA, NCARB, as the Director of Health Sciences + Technology. Jeff is a recognized thought leader, with over 30 years of experience designing landmark facilities for college and universities, research institutions, federal government agencies, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical clients all over the world. His expertise includes facilities for convergence science, biomedical, engineering, aerospace, applied sciences, high containment biosafety, public health, nanotechnology, academic medical centers, animal facilities, materials sciences, cleanrooms, ​and teaching labs.

Jeffrey’s design focuses on creating spaces for the convergence of engineering and biology, medicine, and therapies. This convergence thrives in clusters of excellence where collaboration creates opportunities for top research universities, academic medical centers, technology, and venture capital.

Jeffrey is a member of the American Institute of Architects, NCARB, AALAS, and has been a Peer Reviewer for the NASA Technology Development Programs, and a grant reviewer for NIH. Jeffrey earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Massachusetts College of Art and his Master of Architecture from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
