Kip is a passionate and creative architect with 30 years of experience focused on innovative, humanistic solutions with a creative approach empowered by a design thinking philosophy. He is a participant in the national dialogue to advance the quality of the built environment through an integrated, sustainable, and collaborative process that enriches and celebrates culture while fostering participation, cognition, and activity in the design process. Kip specializes in technologically sophisticated buildings for research, learning, and innovation as well as wellness-focused environments for healing. He brings creative problem solving to every project, maximizing design branding and identity through visual and experiential narrative, enhancing productivity, and ensuring strong future growth. Kip is also an active musician and classical singer, cultivates a cottage garden, and enjoys spending time with his two cats and Bassett Hound.
