As partner and co-founder of the firm, Jill is a culture-carrier for the organization, driving a commitment to patient-centered healthcare design, exceptional client service, and a culture of wellness. Over the past three years, Jill has been instrumental in growing E4H into a network of professionals who can deliver high-quality healthcare architecture, planning, and design across the nation Jill’s project involvement includes front-end project management, identifying owner’s needs, contract negotiation, and administration. Jill is at the forefront of supporting the success and growth of diversity in leadership roles and ensuring equitable treatment across the firm. Jill’s passion project, 4wrd, is an initiative for women, resolve, and diversity, with the goal of increasing female leadership and creating awareness for unconscious bias. Jill enjoys hiking, cooking, and traveling.
