David brings over 25 years of healthcare experience with a specialization in building code requirements, life safety analysis, and accessibility compliance. He has experience with all aspects of a project delivery from conceptual budget and programming, through post occupancy evaluations. David has designed LEED Accredited hospitals, international healthcare facilities, and replacement hospitals, as well as numerous renovations projects. David enjoys his family, camping, and the outdoors.
