David brings over 20 years of healthcare design experience. He specializes in hospital modernization projects ranging from new ground up building, additions, and interior gut renovations. He is responsible for design, detailing, and facilitating contract documentations from schematic design through construction documents. David works on coordination with both core & shell and interior fit out teams to combine highly detailed and integrated contract documents. He manages the workloads of the project team and is responsible for project deadlines. Throughout the process, he continues overseeing communication and coordination between consultants and meeting client’s needs. In his free time, David enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and traveling with his family.
