Chad has over 22 years of architecture and construction administration experience. He has been an Architect/Project Manager specializing in design and construction services on small to large projects, ranging from tenant improvements (TI) to new construction. Chad's brings experience interfacing with public and private clients, planning commissions, building departments, and other public entities required for project completion. Chad is integrally involved in projects from their inception through their completion with careful coordination between disciplines, municipalities, and team members. In his free time Chad likes to do home improvement projects, watch his sons play lacrosse, and go fly fishing.
