Welcome to E4Hspeaks. E4H is dedicated to supporting the success and growth of diversity in leadership roles and ensuring equitable treatment of employees throughout the firm. 4wrd is their initiative “for women, resolve, and diversity” with the goal of increasing diverse leadership and creating awareness for unconscious bias. This initiative helps advance the recruitment, support, and retention of women and underrepresented backgrounds in the architecture and design industry. Janet grows leaders and is committed to diversity and equality in the workplace and encourages people to find the best life/work balance to help them fulfill their professional and personal goals. She is a graduate of Wellesley College and lives in the Boston area. When Janet is not working, she serves on her town’s scholarship committee and spends most of her free time at the dog park or various hockey rinks.
