4wrd Diversity in Design Scholarship Awarded to Julian McKnight

Julian McKnight is the 2020 4wrd Scholarship recipient. Julian is a graduate of Catholic University and will be pursuing a Master of Architecture this Fall. Julian has volunteered with Future Kings, a mentoring group to expose young minds to pursue STEM learning opportunities. When asked, “Why healthcare architecture?”, Julian replied, “Healthcare Architecture caught my eye because it is incredibly precise in the needs it has to fulfill for its inhabitants, making every project require new solutions to new problems.”
